Job Description:
Aviation Capital Group (ACG) is seeking a talented Treasury Analyst to join its Corporate Treasury team. With over 260 owned and managed commercial jet aircraft leased to approximately 100 airlines in over 45 countries, ACG is a premier commercial aircraft leasing company.  ACG is a privately held, wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Life Insurance Company (Pacific Life).

POSITION SUMMARY:

1) Provide broad based support to the Treasury team in both operations and capital markets initiatives.
2) Support Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with documentation and logistics of corporate debt issuances
3) Support aircraft acquisition and sale transactions by coordinating with lenders, computing sale prices and rents and reviewing legal documents.
4) Monitor cash activities in company's bank accounts.
5) Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to lenders, institutional investors and partners, calculate principal and interest payments for various types of debt instruments, and apply cashflows in complex structured transactions in accordance with documented requirements.

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:

1) Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or other technical discipline with demonstrable applicability to the position.
2) Demonstrable Excel modeling skills
3) Ability to be both creative and efficient in the development of Power Point presentations
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
5) Ability to confidently present detailed information to senior management
6) Highly organized, with ability to efficiently prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
7) Self-starter, confident, eager to learn.
8) Comfortable working in a team environment.
